In the unlikely event that damage is found please reject the goods and ask the driver to return them. Please remember to inspect any goods you receive and check for damage to parcels. They will also level the table to ensure a completely flat playing surface. Your table will be assembled in your desired location by our trained fitters, including bolting legs to the table, fitting cushions to the rails, placing the slate playing surface into the main body of the table and ensuring all ball runs and pockets are free from obstruction. We will deliver your table to a ground level room of your choice however, we do ask that you check your goods will fit in your property and that any entranceways, hallways, corridors etc are free from obstruction. If there is a significant delay to the delivery route then the driver will ring you directly to advise a new time. Once the table is ready it will be collected by our installation team and delivered and installed to the customer within the following 5 to 10 working days.ĭeliveries will take place between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
